Kristine has been training 6 years in Judo, 6 years in BJJ, and is a Womens BJJ instructor, along with being certified as a Hero Self Defense, LLC. | Mean Girl Project Level 1 instructor.

Kristine is a wife to an amazing nerd husband, and a mom to two teenage boys and one pre-teen girl. She has a passion to teach women how to protect themselves and gain the

confidence they need to defend themselves.
