Course 1
Introduction - Beginner
A foundational understanding of self-defense principles, violence prevention, and defensive tactics. Training includes movement drills, an introduction to hand-to-hand combat, striking fundamentals, ground defense and grappling, defense against common grabs and holds, and integrated scenario application.

COURse 2
Beginner - Intermediate
Course 2 focuses on solidifying techniques introduced in the foundational units to build true muscle memory. Students take a deeper dive into striking, kickboxing, and grappling fundamentals while developing resilience, controlled aggression, and the ability to confront larger, stronger attackers. Training also introduces abduction defense and self-defense weapons.

COURse 3
intermediate
Course 3 advances students into intermediate-level striking and grappling, with an emphasis on seamless transitions from standing to ground, including throws and takedowns. Training expands into weapons defense, incorporating techniques from additional disciplines such as Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) and intermediate Krav Maga.

80+ hours of training. Completion of all previous units plus four advanced units required.

COURse 4
Advanced
Course 4 develops students to a solid intermediate level of proficiency, including Krav Maga (green belt – mid-level) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (blue belt), with a strong working knowledge of striking, movement, transitions, and weapons defense. At this stage, students should be capable of assisting with instruction at beginner and intermediate levels. Training places a heavy emphasis on weapons defense and offense, as well as firearms training.

150+ hours of training. Completion of all previous units required, plus five advanced units.

COURse 5
Expert
Course 5 shifts focus from physical training to advanced classroom learning and professional workshops. Students pursue certifications and expanded education in critical areas including CPR and first aid, firearms and CCW (where legally applicable), hunting safety, trauma-informed care, wilderness survival, criminology studies, and human trafficking awareness. This course emphasizes cross-training, continued education, and subject-matter depth to support leadership, instruction, and community impact.

300+ hours of training and coursework, plus additional requirements.

Want credentials, certifications, and formal knowledge to support teaching or advocacy roles

COURse 6
Expert II
Course 6 represents the highest level of achievement within the program and is reserved for qualified instructors only. This level is attained by those who have successfully completed all prior courses, accumulated over 1,000 hours of self-defense instruction, and earned a black belt in Krav Maga and/or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—both of which may be obtained through our classes and programs. Training at this level focuses on mastery, leadership, curriculum refinement, and instructor-level decision-making.

400+ hours of advanced training and evaluation, plus additional requirements.

Who it's for;

Have completed all prior program levels (Courses 1–5)

Have logged 1,000+ hours teaching self-defense

Have earned a black belt in Krav Maga and/or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Are trusted leaders within the program and community

Demonstrate mastery of technique, judgment, and instructional ability

Are capable of teaching, mentoring, and evaluating other instructors

Understand legal, ethical, and safety responsibilities at an advanced level

Are committed to maintaining program standards and curriculum integrity

Have earned—not requested—access to the final level
