Mean Girl Self Defense’s goal is to provide fun, high quality self-defense courses for women and girls, as well as safe spaces to build confidence, resilience, & self-worth. Our goal is for each Level 1 student, is to be proficient in using: • distance control • verbal de-escalation • recognizing dangerous individuals & situations • use of self-defense & improvised weapons • grappling fundamentals • striking fundamentals We want each student to be able to protect themselves and their loved ones. Our curriculum currently consists of 5 levels with courses ranging from 8-24 weeks, available in several states throughout the US, including California, Georgia, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Illinois, and Wisconsin. This unit is our "FREE" introductory unit. Level 1 consists of 4 Units.
