Welcome to Mean Girl Self Defense! I’m glad you chose us for the beginning of your self defense journey. Mean Girl Self Defense, Hero Self Defense LLC., and all of its predecessors and partners, including Mean Girl Jiujitsu, The Warrior Forged Project, The Warriors Forge, Cobra Kai Roseville, Integrated Combat Systems University, and Team Kadima, have been a constant work in progress to research the very best programs and courses available to women everywhere. All of our instructors make continued learning a priority, thus giving you the most current defensive tactics available. Dedicating our time to training as much as possible even with busy careers and families. We also insure all of our instructors are fully certified to teach, along with several certifications and education in defensive tactics, firearms and other weapons training, several martial arts, criminology, first aid, health safety, off-grid survival, and more. We also require thorough background checks on all our instructors before they are allowed to instruct under our brand. We are constantly seeking the best (and most fun) ways to learn and teach as to make it the best experience for our students because every one of you is WORTH THE FIGHT!
