We recognize prior martial arts and professional experience, but every Mean Girl instructor still learns our curriculum, teaching methodology, safety standards, and violence prevention framework. This ensures consistency, quality, and the safety of the women we serve.
Certified instructors continue training, teaching, cross-training, and developing their own skill sets. Instructor certification is not the end of the pathway—it's the beginning of professional development.
